Main Street Group, Inc. (MSG) was founded in 1988 by Walter ‘Wally’ Smerconish. Today we are a diversified real estate development firm headquartered in Bucks County PA. On the residential side we have developed over 1000 residential units of all types: single family homes, townhouses, condos and apartments. On the commercial side, we have developed about a million square feet of office, hotel, restaurant and bank retail sites mostly in the greater Philadelphia market.

Our philosophy is to identify ground opportunities in emerging markets with good schools and infrastructure plus sound financial demographics. We then move forward to acquire ground on favorable terms and enable all of the entitlements. We work with very qualified construction crews or reputable national home builders. We typically perform all of the site improvements necessary to complete the projects.
